Yeah for sure start with easier sps! They get all the food they need from the light. The weekly water changes should replace any calcium, alkalinity and magnesium used by these corals. Sounds like you are set.

Lol. Thats cool. I like how the kinda make over hangs. I think it gives a reef tank a different look. Is that the polyp extensions very small? I guess thats why its called sps lol.
