How to control ph?

I jave a 30g tank with live rock and 4snails 3 large hermit crabs and a pepermint shrimp and chaeto..
My lights are 60w led cree

Im having a problem with high ph lately..
It was steady on 8.3 all the time and now it jumped to 8.6-8.5
I am also having brownish growth all over the tank.. I am in the procces of buying more snails and dwarf crabs and a blenny.

Any suggestions?

I took the cheota out to a different chamber
