Go to the above link, (you can get there by clicking the profile button on any of your posts) and in the bottom right of the profile there is a link to your User Attatchment Control Panel, from there you can easily manage your attatchments. You can also remove attatchments from the post itself, by editing that particular post and removing the attatchment.
