How to feed Cories?

I've lost one pack of 6 Cories previously, and a couple more just recently. I'd like not to lose more. I suspect my feeding is the culprit.

What's the best way to feed my Cories (3 Juliis, 1 Panda)? I've also got 5 Platies & 1 Bristlenose Pleco swimming about. I'm looking for a clear plan - food types and frequency of feeding. I've been seeing lots of different things out there. Help?

Parameters: 55g, semi-planted, 3 Julii Cories, 1 Panda Cory, 5 Platies (1M, 4F), 1 Bristlenose Pleco. pH: 7.0 Ammonia: 0 Nitrites: 0 Nitrates: ~20

Small sinking pellets are probably your best bet. To be honest cories are fantastic scavengers so I'd be surprised if they often went hungry.

How often do you suggest feeding?

I feed Hikari sinking wafers 1 to 2 times daily. I just threw in some Repashy Superfood cubes and they were all over that too.

Mine get sinking wafers in the evening, tropical flakes in the morning. Occasionally some frozen brine shrimp.
