How to feed shrimp

I have some shrimp food that i wish to give specially for the shrimp. I have a big tank and the food go all around . After that it fall in between the substrate. Any trick on how to spot feed. With out adding my hands in the water.

I assume they mean insert tube in the area you require and the pouring food through in order to feed specific area

Finding a safe transparent plastic at the bottom, so that the food stay there, is next thing now.
