How to sex African Cichlid's

Sorry guys if this is a repeat question, but I am fairly new to Cichlid keeping and would like to know the easiest way to sex these wonderful little creatures. I have a couple of Peacocks, a Firemouth , and a couple of assorted Mbuna's. Want to possible match and mate ! Help !
