How to take care of reef

There's this restaurant and I want to ask if I can take care of the tank and i was thinking of going once a week and checking equipment, salinity, and do water changes. I'm not familiar with reef tanks so is there anything else to look for and take care of? This isnt official yet btw

If you're not already familiar with caring for a reef tank I would seriously suggest that you not take care of a tank owned by a business. Too many things can go wrong from an inexperienced aquarist and it's going to fall on you if it does.

In no way, shape, or form is this a good idea.
