What all of this list would work out with american cichlids?
Tiger Barbs
Ropefish
Clown Loaches
Red Tailed Sharks

depends on which american cichlids. some could be bullied them.... other can tear them apart. there r quite a few that would be fine with those fish too though. what cichlid species did u have in mind? tank size will also play a big role too.

lol american cichlids are the jack demsket, and the oscar right? and a couple more...

There is only one cichlid that exists as a native in the United States and that is the Texas Cichlid. There are hundreds of different species of cichlid that exist south of the U.S. border, ranging in size from Parapetenia (Cichlasoma) dovii at nearly three feet long to the smaller Apistogramma and Microgeophagus species which rarely exceed three inches.

Largemouth Bass and their 'sunfish' relatives are members of the Centrarchidae, not the Cichlidae.

Regarding the original question...the coexistance of the fish in your list with cichlids would depend largely on which CA/SA cichlids you choose. I'm afraid you'll need to be more specific before I could give any recommendations as to the mix.

centrarchidae? never heard of that one b4. aww well. learn sumtin new every day :)
