Have tried netting it? Is it a guorami, if so it may spend a lot of time at the surface

Lol try and put your finger by it, or go at him with the net. Maybe he'll move them.
 
Tried netting it and still no movement, starting to get worried :)

Nope nothing shall I just feed him to my oscars?
 
If he was unhealthy and died from ich or a parasite I wouldn't feed him to your oscars.
 
If it was the water arnt all the other fish in danger?
 
Yeah, which is why I asked your ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate. If you can't test it I recommend going out and buying the API freshwater test kit
