I can help you sex them if you post pics. BTW you have way to much current in that tank. It would be like you being on a treadmill 24 hours a day.

They are probably too young but when the get color the females have blue "beards" gill covers and lower jaw and not much blue on the bodies especially the upper half. The males have no blue on their jaw and lots of blue spangles covering there body.

Also you will be fine for a while but if you want them to reach adult size you will have to get a bigger tank. 75 should be good 100 would be better.
