My fish were fine but know in the past month or so two have died and now the three remaining have this whitish stiff growing on them. Ones mouth looks bloody. One others is swollen white and looks almost rotten.

It's not ich. It sounds like a bacterial infection of some sort. Can you post pictures? What's the temp of the tank? Also what are the parameters and water change schedule like?

Water change schedule usually once a month uhh but it had been a while. I just did one like two weeks ago. And idk the rest. And it looks like blood. It's a black skirt tetra.

Do you own a test kit? Once a month is not enough. Water changes ideally need to be done weekly. That would be part of the problem. It's hard to say if water conditions are playing a major roll without test results but its pretty safe to assume something's going on with it. What temp is the tank?
