Tank size? Stocking? Exact numbers for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and ph? What are you using to test (liquid or strips)? Any other symptoms(flashing, lack of appetite, gasping, heavy breathing, etc)? Some more info will help as well as a pic!
More than likely your oscar is not a true albino but rather a lutino, which will have some black pigment on its tail or body. True albino oscars will have pink eyes and no dark pigments where as lutino fish will have normal eyes with black coloring on appendages. I'd be willing to bet there is nothing wrong with your fish, just normal coloration as the fish ages.
