I want to plant my basement tank

Hi everyone i want to convert my current 30 gallon tank into a planted tank. i need help with what plants to use and how to not have to do the thing with the co2 also do i need to change substrate and my current lighting situation are the pictures attached and i dont want to buy a new light if possible thanks for any and all help

Unfortunately, this light won't be sufficient to grow much. You might try some java fern, anubias, java moss. It would probably live, but not grow much. You can use the substrate you have for these plants... no co2 required.
