i have noticed in my 55 gal that many of the fish rub themselves on the leaves. i heard this is a sighn of ich, so i watched carfully for any spots. today i have found small ick spots on ly angel, oneof my mollys and one of my guppys. i know to not just treat the fish with the spots, and that salt and heat are the best way to treat.
could someone tell me the best salt to gallon ratio?
what about how to raise the temp. ( goi ng to have to really help me her this will be the first time using a heater.
i have only seen 4-5 spotsa all on different fish, so i guess i caught it early? i also have ich meds ( ich guard) could i use that aswell as the heat and salt?
