3 of my louches have ich since last nite i dont have a test kit or any type of medication and i get of work around 8 so dont have time too go to the pet store i raised up the temp in my tank to 86 slowly last nite there doing way better and eating regularly wat els kan i do should i do water change or filter change????

I would change part of the water every day, with a good gravel vac every other day or so, and leave the temp up for 10-14 days. Add an air stone or lower the water level too, since warmer water has less oxygen.
