Ich in planted tank

Hello I have ran into a problem in my planted tank with ich
I have Anubius, Amazon swords, crypts and wisteria in my tank so I didn't want to treat the tank with medicine but i have turned the temperature up and I'm doing 25% water changes but is there anything else I can do?

Paraguard hurt none of my low light plants... and I have mainly what you have. It's a med though.

Oh really? Did you use a full dose with that?

Full dose for 14 days. That is enough time to kill the free floating parasite. Worked great.

They heat should take care of it but you'll need a couple of weeks maybe more to be sure it's all gone.

Have a bit more aeration during this period and expect the Ich to get worse before it gets better.

Oh okay well thank you both for your suggestions, I'm only new to planted tanks so I wasn't 100% sure on how to deal with this stuff
