I've have read so much now on the treatment of ich with my clowns. So far all I've done was raise my tank temp to 86. Yet there is no solid, true answer as to what is the best treatment. All the ideas are all over the map. Do use salt, don't use salt, do use meds, don't use meds, garlic, daily w/c's. Does anyone actually know how to treat ich with scaleless fish correctly with real results ? I also have tank mates and plants so the biology of it all seems very undecided.

Just raise the temp like you are doing. Don't add salt or meds (yet) as the clowns will be extremely uncomfortable as they don't do well with salt.

Just keep the temp up.

Best of luck, - Raymond

Raising the temp makes the ich life cycle faster. So, you need to do a lot of big PWC, too.
