ich that won't go away!

Hi I've been battling ich for around 2 months now, I've tried everything I can apart from using salt because I have scaless fish such as my pleco and loach. I've tried esha exit and esha 2000 I got through both bottles and there was still ich I have had the temperature turned up for weeks and I've been using a different ich treatment by interpet and the ich still won't die, I have done daily water changes and have used my net to remove as much visible ich as I can when its floating round the tank. I've head something about a fresh cold water dip that will make any ich drop off its host in 20 seconds! Is this true? Can someone help plz!

I've dealt with ick twice, used Quick Cure both times and it cleared up in 3-4 days, although I dosed for 10 days to break the cycle of the bug. Once the spots are gone, I did PWC every couple of days or so.
