Ick? and what to buy

55 gallon tank
Gets water change and vaccum, once a week
I have about 20 fish
Have had tank for about 3 years
3 angel fish have been in there for almost 2 years

The angel fish have small white spots on there fins that I noticed today, just like maybe 3 or 4. I assume its ick but my question is what should I purchase from the local petstore to take care of the ick?

pH: 7.6. Ammonia: 0. Nitrite: 0. Nitrate: < 20ppm.

I have been using garlic guard for internal parasites it worked great I know it also says its good for ick it also boosts the immune system and helps their appetite I got it at my pet store it's easy to use I put some on brine shrimp just thought I would try to help good luck
