ID and question :)

Hi, I ended up with this fish because my friend didn't want it. I know it is some sort of loach but I'm not 100% sure what kind. It have it in a needing container in the tank I would put it in, but I am not sure if it would get along with the two coreys I have in there now. It is a 45 gallon tank. Any advice would be appreciated, and thanks.

Thanks! It looks like its pretty easy going. It says I should have a group but I can't manage that right now. Some more input would be great, but thanks a bunch for that!
