ID of a plant

Hello. I havethis plant that I always thought was a java lace. Reading on the internet I found that you could tie it down ont a piece of rock or stone, as it prefered this spot to grow. Upon uprooting the plant, I realized that it was growing from a bulb, at leats it appears to be.

Now my question is, is this a java lace fern or some other plant? And if it is a java lace, how do I go abotu tying a bulb unto a piece of driftwood?

First thing, sorry about the french e, keyboard messed up.

Next, I have figured out what the plant is. It's a Madagascar Lace Plant, not a java lace. Guess I am still looking for the java lace then.
