ID on this red stuff...

I have lots of red flaky looking things growing in my tank. It moves all over the place. Crawls up the glass and covers my substrate. Reminds me of rust.. Ha! Ha!

Can someone tell me what this stuff is?

I want to hope I'm looking at coralline algae. However, I think we are dealing with red planaria flatworms here. They can reproduce through fission so they can be a problem if that is what you have.
