I just bought these rocks and seen these red stuff on them i was wondering if it was something or just the color of the rock?

Also I noticed the poop like stuff on most of them also it kinda look lnk algae eater poo to me but one on another rock hand some like short stringy things on the end of it?

Any ideas of what they could be I know the pictures arent the best but....

Looks fine to me
The wite poop strip is a feather duster tube
There looks to be some small amounts of green coraline ... Proper conditions it will come back in all color forms from pink to purple , greens and reds

Ink algea eater ? ya lost me

and algae water is the freshwater fish that suck the side of the tank and all the decorations
