Got a hitchhiker in my purchase today. Anyone care to tell me what it is?

How big is it? Looks like a tetra or a barb to me too.. Maybe a discolored glo light but i dont think so.

+1 Def a Penguin Tetra. I'd go and get some more. They are one of my favorite Tets A school of them kinda makes for an optical illusion with the black lower portion of the tails
