ID red thing

Can anyone identify this red spiky thing? It showed up in less than a week.

My guess it's some type of red macro algae. Those do look a little like tentacles, though. Does it retract them when touched? (it may be some type of invert if it does).

I touched it and it doesn't react. Probably an algae.

No its Marco Algae, I have some in my tank
