Any idea on how to make these stay at the bottom of the tank without harming the fish

Fish line through the ear holes tied to a rock or driftwood, maybe. A dab of silicone to a rock or slate, let it dry, then put the whole assembly in the tank. Ya could also weigh 'em down with some water safe putty.

All good ideas! You could also silicone a small rock into the inside of the helmet.

LOL, spose we'd end up with all 32 teams before it's said and done. The small rock siliconed inside the helmet sounds like the easiest idea.
