Ideas on this diy led?

So im starting to play with leds. I want some for my 10 gal nano. Here's what I've found so far. What will these support?

I wonder if you will need any type of heatsink for them, or maybe mount them to something that would help dissapate heat. The reason I say that is I have a 2w led (bulb) flashlight that is only powered with 1w, and it puts off some heat, not a lot but the housing does get warm after a few minutes.

you'll definitely need a heatsink for 3W LEDs
