Sorry it's hard to see but I'm wondering if anyone knows what these are. They are about the thickness of human hair and can get longer and shorter. One end of them is always hidden behind a rock but they can lengthen to about 4-5cm and seem to be in search of food. They have red and White bands all over. I'm aware of both bristleworms and brittle star fish although my knowledge of them is not substantial they don't appear to be any of them. They are always in the same place in the tank and seem to interact with each other. Any ideas anyone?!

Yeah thanks idream look like you could be right. I googled it and they do seem similar although I could not find one with such vivid red and White stripes. I take it they will be reef safe? Anyone agree with the i.d or have any experience with spaghetti worms?

Great question OP, I was gonna get around to asking one day. I just learned something today. :)

I hope they aren't bad, I've seen these things for the last 5 months or so.

Thanks Idream.....
