I would need help and info from y'all planted tank buds.

For the past 2 months I have been having very good growth with a sort of heavily planted tank in a 25 gallon.
Thing is that I am using regular gravel and No CO2.

To make my plants thrive I have been putting twice a week Seachem Flourish which helps alot I am sure.
I will be redoing the whole tank and decided to put full Flourite as substrate.
Will I have to keep putting Flourish or can I stop.
The goal is to make it economic and watch my tank grow without having the need to always add stuff to the water.

If I would have to put stuff What will I need ?
Iron ? Potassium ?

Thanks for the help you plantedtank specialists.

PS. I know a couple of you swear by dirt and Im sure it would be better. But I am not here to be on a learning curve with dirt and possibly having issues with algae, parameters of my water, water cloudiness, etc...
Flourite is so much simpler and easy and it seems to get results.

How about doing both eco complete and dirt? That's a very good combo. As for other fertilizers.. it depends on the light fixture you are running. For low light you can likely get away without adding ferts, medium you should probably switch to dry ferts, and with high light you will definitely want dry ferts.
