Is he good or bad?

So I just added live sand/ rock today and when my water started clearing up I noticed this guy. Idk what he is, but I was hoping someone would know whether or not he's good or bad for the tank and if I should keep him? He's kinda creeping me out haha thanks in advance

That is a really long bristle worm. Good member of your clean up crew...just don't touch him his spines are like a bee sting. He came from a well fed tank to get that big.

Doesn't look like a bristle to me. Looks like another segmented worm. Either way, he's still probably a good clean up crew member.
