My beta has got fin rot is it super bad right now or will it be easy to treat i've already washed everything in my tank including the tank with hot water I've switched the filter cartilage with a new one and I gave him some medicine that I hope will help if anyone has any tips on how to cure him please tell I really love this little guy and I wouldn't want to see him pass[emoji226][emoji22][emoji20]

Really all you need to do for the next several weeks is to keep the water in your tank very clean. Feed sparingly. Change 20% of your water every day. Keep the water temp. Consistent. You likely will be cycling the tank again.
Regarding filter cartridges, only change it out once every six months. Every two weeks shake it out in your WC bucket, in used tank water. Rub the floss material side with the palm of your hand. That cleans it off fairly well.
Given clean water your fish should heal up.
