Is it ok to add some more cured live rock to an established 1 1/2 yr old reef?

Hello,

So I would like to get a small/med. size cured live rock for a colony of zoas only. Can I add one to my established tank without any ill effects! Or will it cause a crash? You can see a picture of my tank on a thread below about the distance between zoa, flower pot and hammer coral. It is a 16 gallon tank.

If it's cured for sure and there is no die off from transporting it, yes, no problem.

You may still have a mini cycle so I'd test for ammonia for a few days after adding
