Is my br pleco sick?

Found my pleco with this huge belly. Is he sick?

Doesn't look all that abnormal to me. How often and what do you feed the pleco specifically and the tank as a whole?

There are about 12 Cory Dora and another bn pleco as bottom feeders. They get 2 algae wafers a day and the fish get frozen blood worms or flakes/pellets or frozen brine shrimps 3 times a day.

Tank is 65g with 4inches substrate, so about 50g of water left. Tank is fully stocked with discus, rams angels and tetras.
