Is my Clown Fish Sick??

My clown fish has little white spots on the tips of his fins and has been spitting something out of his mouth.

Is he sick?

The white spots sounds like ich. I don't know what it's spitting out of it's mouth though.

Could be anything, spots do not autimatically imply the presence of a parasite. I would do some google image searchs to see if you can help yourself ID it for sure. There is also the chance this is a simple <<bacterial problem>>.

If a parasite, it has a life cycle and will disappear from the fish to multiply and the appear on the fish again later, generally 7-10 days. If a bacterial issue, it will remain and just get larger.
