Its hard to tell. She just looks bloated. Do you have males in tank with her?
The easiest way to tell is she will develop a black marking that will square off around her anal fin.

If you have a male in the tank she's pregnant. Livebearers are perpetually pregnant their entire lives in the presence of males.

It's almost a barbaric breeding cycle....
