Is my fish ok?

I know I already posted on this topic, but now my Black Moor is lying at the bottom of the tank, just as a reminder it has a white cloud like spot on one of its gills and red spots surrounding it. I am debating if I should put in some fungal treatment, since I don't know what else to do for my fish. My fish is still breathing, and will once in a while move to the other side of the tank to lay. Sorry to bother.

Ok, I'm gonna start putting the treatment into the whole tank since I also have one Oranda goldfish in there (so she can be safe to) Thank you so much for helping!
