Is my pregnant guppy o.k?

She is squared off, not eating, staying near the top, hiding in plants or hanging about near the heater, not swimming around but her tail keeps 'shivering'. I put her a seperate tank 3 days ago but she's been like this for 3 days. Is she allright?
