is my tank cycled?

I just bought a 75 gallon on wednesday and i set it up on thursday. I put about maybe 1 ppm of ammonia. I just tested the water and nitrates are 0 ppm and ammo is 0 ppm. Nitrates are maybe 10 ppm. It was a already cycle tank when i bought it. I seeded the filter with some of my biomax from my 29 gallon. Is my tank ready?

I would keep dosing with at least 3 ppm of ammonia to make sure the tank can support the amount of stocking you are going to do.

If it's converting ammonia completely to nitrates in 24hrs then yes, it's cycled. Have you dosed more than 1ppm? Most guides go by 4ppm or whatever.
