Is my tank overcrowded?

I have a 30 gallon tank with:
10 glofish danios
6 glofish tetras
2 bristle nose plecos
4 ghost shrimp

The is a mix of real and fake plants, decorations and driftwood. I've been told mixed things from the guys/gals at the local pet stores.

IMO that's perfectly fine. The only thing that could develop into a problem would be the 2 BN plecos. Plecos in general have a huge bioload, so depending on your filter you may have to lose one once they are bigger and producing more waste. What are you using as filtration?

Using an emperor 280 filter. 10% water change every 3-5 days.
