Is my tank rimless?

I bought a new tank. 4 foot with clear silicone. There is no black plastic edges on corners or the top.
But on top of tank around the middle section, there is some clear glass thats siliconed from one long side to the next long side. Kinda like a glass clear brace for support inside the tank at the top. Also helps holds lids.

Is it rimless? Or is this a brace or something else?

My last tank was 27g rimless, no brace and glass was 6mm and tank was perfect.

I wouldn't worry 8-10mm is likely standard depending on the manufacturer.

It's well braced at the top, does the lid drop over the whole top? I can't see a lid in the advert.......
