Is this what they call a Majano? They grow all over the tank? Are they bad?

That is really up to you....IMO they are a pest like their close relative aiptasia Some people really like them though, but be warned they can take over your tank in no time. I actually have had people that wanted to buy aiptasia even after I explained that it is usually considered a pest anemone.

i'd feel guilty if i didnt tell you to kill them. what has worked unbelievable well for me in the past is taking a syringe with extremely hot water (syringe with needle) and squirting it on the aptasia, then taking some superglue and putting it over the top. i've killed several this way and they never come back
