Is this diffuser in the right place ?

Ok so I managed to setup my DIY co2, just a quick question. Is my diffuser in right place or does it need to be moved down or what.

I think you should move it it down a far as you can get it. That way the bubbles are floating in the water for a longer period of time (more will dissolve into the water)

Move it down the longer the bubbles are in contact with the water, the more gas that will be dispersed.
