Is this enough light for Anubias?

I just purchased a Aqueon dual lamp T5 fixture with one 18 watt 6700K bulb and one 18 watt colormax. I then put a 6700K 18 watt bulb in place of the colormax that came with it. Now I have two 18 watt 6700K T5 bulbs giving 36 watts of light on my 29 gallon. Would this be enough light to successfully grow anubias?

It should be enough for anubias, moss, anacharis and java ferns.
