Is this guppy fry male or female?

Hi all,

Sorry for the awful photo quality... He/she is a speedy little thing!

This guppy is about 8 weeks old and I was wondering whether any of you can tell what sex it is?

It's mother is very plain with flashes of blue in her tail and the father is very colourful with a yellow tail with black spots (like this fry is developing).

Any info would be great!

Well the way to tell is by the anal fin. Males have a very sharp looking fin. I can't see it at all in that pic really. I did a Google search for a chart since it is sort of hard to explain and I think seeing it is easier than explaining

Yeah! I love watching them color up. I had a female that died like a day after dropping fry- I was very excited to see one of the fry looks just like her
