I have a bubble stone that I want to put in my tank. The tubing that I am going to use is clear and from a breathing machine but never been used it it is the right size but it is to hard of plastic and leaks at the point of contact with the bubble stone. I thought I would glue it so thats what i did. I used super glue brand fix-all adhesive. Then when I got done I thought "what if this is toxic to the fish" So there is my question will this be safe once it dries or did I just waste a bubble stone?

Was it super glue gel? I know for sure that the gel is safe, but not sure about the other....maybe someone else will chime in

Pretty much any glue will work as long as it dries before you put it in the water. If you want to glue things and have them dry under water than you must buy a super glue gel that has Cyanoacrylate in it.

You should be good to go.
