Is this somekind of deficiency?

I recently bought amazon sword and after couple of days it starts to look like this (see pictures). I don't know if this is some kind of deficiency or something else.
I dose pottasium, phosphorus, iron, flurish and trace every other day. Excel everyday.
Java fern and anubias getting wrinkled edges and some holes in leaves.
Can it be manganese deficiency?

Yes, I can but only on plants that I have longer but those (java fern and anubia) are couple of months in the tank.
