What would make good mates for jacks in a 75g tank? Also how many can be added? I am considering this for my second 75g tank.

Jacks are aggressive, so in a 75g you could have a pair but I'm afraid not much else. Bristlenose or some smaller dithers like giant danios. They are very territorial and a 75g doesnt offer alot of real estate. A pair would be very cool in my opinion. If your considering another tank and from your posts you have a passion for big and feisty cichlids I would consider a 6ft tank if possible.

I may end up getting a 125. I do love the SA/CA cichlids. It just seems if you have them they either get to large or are to mean to have anything else.

They definitely have aggression issues. Every one says africans are aggressive but they don't carry the descrutive force or glass banging madness a 15" jag has. I just picked up 5 Red Terrors which are in the top 5 predatory fish so I decided to get them their own 180g since the males can hit 16". I'm hoping for a pair since the fry are going for $20 minimum. But I'll be curios what else I'll be able to stock with them.
