Jaguar cichlid

What is the best thing other than ghost shrimp ( krill ) to feed them ??? Are freeze Dried bloodworms Enough ???

A mixed diet is always good for the cichlids try some pellets, flakes maybe even some greens I have floating plants in my tank and they nibble at those even my big guys. Blood worm are good high protein and fatty I feed mine once a day with blood worms or brine shrimp and once with a pellet or flake
