frustrating hey but it will clear. I use the products from the pet shop to clear it.

Well i cleared it by taking all the water out and then putting all the water in, so its clear and once im back from tennis pics!

Yeah, that's what I thought. He just didn't place the words correctly, I guess. Lol. I can't wait till I get my new batch of 20 Malaysian Trumpet Snails!!!
