So I just got my tank and have nothing but water in it. I got a 28G JBJ Nano Cube and I was running my pumps for a sec to make sure they worked. My tank came with a wave maker so I wanted to try that out as well. So my question is would running the wave maker be the best thing to do? It seems that only running one of my pumps at a time would really reduce the filtration and the water movement in my tank. I am new to SW though so maybe it is good to have the wave maker running and if this is so what time interval should I put it on? The times range from switching pumps every 10 seconds to 6 minutes and everything in between. Thanks for your help.
